Product Advantages
In hydraulic transmission and PLC integrated control, the automatic shaper is equipped with man - machine control interface. Adopting the internal expanding and external contracting mechanism, it shapes the inner diameter, outer diameter and end height of stator end coils only once after wire inserting. It also has the function of slot wedge expansion & compaction. It is also equipped with automatic driving and reversing mechanism for stator stations. It is mainly suitable for the shaping of stator end coils of automobile generators.
