The assembly line for the final assembly adopts a circular structure; 90-degree rotary tables are used at the corners of the line body. The height of the line body is 700 mm, and there are 40 sets of final assembly pallets. The total floor area of the project is 38 m × 9 m;
There are a total of 24 workstations on the assembly line of this project, and a total of 9 people are designed for the entire assembly line (excluding the personnel for material distribution outside the line);
For all the equipment and part of the line body, acrylic shields are used for protection;
The whole line is equipped with 6 sets of electronic servo cylinders, 4 barcode scanners, 20 RFID tags, 5 tightening spindles, 1 laser marking machine, 1 barcode printer, 1 glue applicator, 9 sets of electric control cabinets, and 18 HMIs (Human Machine Interfaces);
The whole line is configured with a complete fool-proof and error-proof system to ensure the quality control during the assembly process, and the man-machine design is reasonable.
