Manufacturing Capacity

ZHONGJI INTELLIGENT has more than 300 sets of ultra precision five axis, vertical and horizontal machining centers, such as German DMG, American HASS, Japanese FANUC, Korean KIA, and other advanced five axis, vertical and horizontal machining centers, as well as supporting advanced German PVT coating lines, vacuum heat treatment, surface treatment production lines, sheet metal, welding and other processes, forming a perfect autonomous and controllable whole process processing capability, and supporting nearly 100 precision testing instruments, such as three coordinates. Combined with the effective control of the comprehensive and full process quality management system that has been running for more than 20 years, it can achieve micron level machining accuracy, and the part quality reaches the level of German peers.

Blanking And Crimping Workshop

The workshop has CNC ultrahigh pressure water cutting machine, CNC laser cutting machine, CNC gate shear, piranha combined punching and shearing machine, 2 CNC flame cutting machines, various welding machines and other equipment. The machining accuracy is guaranteed.
★ The workshop has more than ten sets of low energy consumption equipment such as vacuum furnace, nitriding furnace and induction furnace.
★ It can complete vacuum quenching, QPQ treatment, high-frequency quenching, tempering, blackening and other processes.
★ The annual processing capacity is 3000 tons. The physical room can conduct material mechanical properties, stress analysis and failure analysis.
★ It is equipped with cloth, Rockwell, Vickers hardness tester and micro Vickers hardness tester for hardness inspection of different process materials.
★ Metallographic analysis provides guarantee for the implementation of heat treatment process.
