Operating Principle
Based on pre-set winding parameters such as the number of turns, wire diameter, winding direction, and segmented layout, multiple winding units work together. Each unit winds wire around specific segments of the motor core. As the main spindle rotates each segment of the core, the feeder releases wire precisely, ensuring even, tight windings on each segment. Advanced models also include automatic layering to prevent overlaps and ensure orderly winding for optimal motor performance.
