Extensibility
The equipment, through six-axis robots, gantry manipulators and modular design, greatly enhances the flexibility of the production line. On the premise of consistent processes, rapid model change and the addition of new models can be achieved by replacing a small number of fixture mechanisms.
Informatization
The production line binds product data through pallet RFID. The information of product components and processes is collected through industrial control computers and the MES (Manufacturing Execution System). The equipment for key processes has the function of uploading assembly and testing data, realizing the traceability of the whole process of the products.
Intelligentization
The production line realizes fool-proofing, error-proofing, data traceability and flexible high-flexibility production of products through various sensors, intelligent material racks, barcode scanners, CCD cameras, profiling tooling and servo pitch-changing. Intelligent manufacturing is thus achieved.
3D Design and Simulation
Adopting 3D design, 3D simulation of the equipment is carried out. 3D modeling of the whole production line is also performed to simulate the running effect of the equipment, thus reducing failures and reworks when the equipment is put into production.
